Frequently asked questions

Will the quality drop?

Re-encoding can make tiny differences, but the settings aim for quality that is practically indistinguishable in normal viewing. The file often ends up smaller than the original.

Can I convert only part of the video?

Yes. Enter a start and end time in Options and only that section becomes the MP4.

Is it free?

Are my MOV files uploaded?
